Clayton Biotechnologies is currently working with a significant portfolio of technologies available for licensing in the biomedical domain.

We have over 100 granted patents and numerous published and unpublished pending patent applications.  A list of the technologies currently available for licensing can be viewed on this web site under Technologies.

We are actively seeking third party arrangements to commercialize these technologies. Such arrangements may involve a license agreement with an existing biotech or pharma company. In some cases, the technology may require further evaluation and/or development by a commercial company, which can be covered by either a short-term option agreement and/or a collaborative research agreement. Also, Clayton Biotechnologies has experience working with investors and entrepreneurs, especially in situations where a technology constitutes the appropriate foundation of a start-up venture.
